Our Members

Who are our members?

Our members include a mix of professionals and students. Professional members work in academia, consulting firms, public service and/or government organizations, private companies, and independent consulting firms. Most student members are enrolled in a local graduate program in I/O Psychology or other related fields. Student members have faculty sponsors who are current BAAP professional members.

What are the benefits of membership?

With a growing group of Bay Area Industrial/Organizational Psychology practitioners, academics, and Human Resource professionals, BAAP provides a community to:

  • Network with other like-minded professionals
  • Discuss local, national, and international issues facing applied psychologists
  • Stay up-to-date on latest research and applied solutions in the field
